Description:

The Respirator® A2B2E2K2P3 R D class-2 combined filter canister has metal housing made of aluminium alloy which contains activated carbon layer and particle filtering layer:
  • The activated carbon layer removes the harmful gases and vapours in physical and/or chemical way.
  • The folded particle filtering layer, made of high quality fiberglass filtering media, removes the solid or liquid particles from the inhaled air.

Limitations of use

The filter cartridge can be used if the concentration of the contaminants in the air is not higher than 5000 ppm (0.5 v%) and the oxygen content of the air is minimum 17 v%. The filter cartridge must not be used if the contamination present is immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH).

Standards

The filter canister is CE marked. The technical parameters comply with the provisions of the DIN EN 14387:2004+A1:2008, EN 143:2007, EN 148-1, and DIN 3181-3:1994 standards.

Threaded connection:

40 × 1/7" cord thread, according to EN 148-1.
